Phil has been practising yoga since the age of 15. By 30 he was aware that a regular weekly practice was a requirement to alleviate the challenges of living with Attention Deficit Disorder. Having a natural curiosity of things esoteric he undertook yoga teacher training and is on a path of philosophical enquiry. This has given him a profound understanding of practical natural philosophy, which has led to a daily lifestyle of integrated awareness. He is currently the convener of the Australian Fellowship of Yoga Teachers and the secretary of the Science and Tantric Yoga Association.
Originally from Queensland, Carrie first trained in Hawaiian massage when she started her Medical Engineering Degree in 1997. As her engineering research work took her to Melbourne and Sydney, Carrie continued to massage at natural health clinics and at her own studios. Carrie has always found the delightful art of massage a balance to the head-heavy ways of medical research. After years of massage and massage training, Carrie developed Recharge Massage Class, a unique way to receive massage.
